About

Hi! I’m Dillon. I’m an undergrad at Stanford studying Math and Computer Science, although I also enjoy many other things. I want the development and deployment of advanced artificial intelligence systems to go well, and I’m currently conducting technical safety research on personas in the Stanford NLP Group to this end.

I’ve contributed to an article arguing for exploring generalization in RL and am currently interested in studying persona drift in agentic models. In the past, I mostly did software engineering: I optimized data infrastructure processes at Meta, worked on LLM integrations for a criminal justice startup called rézme, and built back-end tooling for the Stanford Math Tournament (I recently transitioned to doing operations instead).

I put up this website in November 2025, and hopefully by the time you’re reading this, I’ve written some banger pieces. You can read more about my motivations for creating this personal website here.

I’m generally interested in increasing my surface area with life, so if you’re interested in chatting about anything at all, you can reach me at [website-name] [at] stanford [dot] edu. You can also book a meeting with me here. Cheers!
